Final Sale

All sales are final, contact us for cost of repair or replacement pieces. Due to the uniqueness of each piece, repairs are as follows:

please email lorilorijewelry@gmail.com to get the process started. Provide a photo to receive the estimated costs, return address and timeframe. 
we are not responsible for lost findings, charms, or normal wear and tear. 
customer is responsible for shipping both ways. 
once the repair is completed  payment is required for the return of your item.
