Due to the rare nature of each piece, the color will be slightly unique and possibly slightly different from what you’re seeing here, but no worries very very, very similar. It’s simply that as this is a hand dyed garment, therefore each skirt takes the dye a little bit different.  The sizes are forgiving. Size small generally would fit zero to size 4. Size medium generally would fit size 6 to size 8 size large would fit size 10 to size 12.
